I’m thinking about renting an apartment or condo through a website like Homeaway for a 10 day trip with my 17 year old daughter. How safe is it for the two of us to travel alone and not be in resorts or big hotels? I speak Spanish and both my daughter and I are about 6 feet tall, but we’ve never traveled just mother and daughter before. Also, where is the best place to stay sober can be in the middle (within driving distance?) of all the major attractions? Thank you in advance!
