hot springs

There are many different hot springs so not sure which one you are referring to. But in general the facilities have a mixture of different pools. Some may be easier to get in and out of than others but generally we are talking about waste deep water (chest max), often times a bench or step to sit on, steps to get in and out, etc. Similar to a shallow swimming pool or hot tub. Some hot springs have more natural pools mixed in. Tabacon for example has some that are more like a riverbed with rock edges and sandy/rocky bottom but they have others that are concrete bottomed, more like a hot tub or pool.
