Hey guys! Love your sight. My fiancé and I are traveling to CR for the first time in about a week or so. I have read your site religiously for the past 2 months, and I have to say you guys are awesome. We live in Cambridge so its kind of funny that you guys are from Boston. I have looked all over the forums, and I haven’t found anything about the trip from Liberia airport to Santa Teresa. Do you have any tips, or information that would make our travel easier? We are renting a car from Liberia, and driving down. Thanks for all of your posts!

We lived in North Cambridge for several years, how’s the red line? Check out our post Road Trip to Mal Pais for directions to Santa Teresa. You might also like our Road Conditions post, which gives you more details on the route. You’ll definitely want a 4×4 for that trip too; so check out our rental car discount to save some money, if you haven’t already. Hope you enjoy Costa Rica!
